A: The NNMHA is an acronym for the Northern Nevada Multi-Housing Association. It is a nonprofit association that offers information and education in the areas of the Multi-Housing industry as well as offering forms, referrals, advertising, awareness, advocacy and much more. The Northern Nevada Multi-Housing Association has been developed with the multi-housing industries best interest at heart. We focus on the industries important issues such as economics, education, landlord/tenant issues, landlords rights, business referrals, landlord advocacy and legislative support and updates. We offer experienced knowledgable staff, an informative interactive website, annual honorary awards, advertising opportunities, center for career advancement, monthly networking and educational advancement workshops, annual trade shows and the how to's in procedures and processes.

A: A charter member is a member who is involved at the inception of the association. Those types of memberships are limited to so many per level of membership so get in on the ground floor and become a charter member today.

A:  A friend of the association is a person that does not own, manage, invest or supply the multi-housing industry in any way and doesn't need any advertising, forms, or networking, but still wants to be informed and have a voice in the mutli-housing industry. It is a way to support the industry that provides the housing and support to you.
